TINA allows you to insert a tampon correctly, even if it’s difficult to reach, flex your wrist, or grip the applicator. Use the easy-grip handle, soft flex petals and the angle of the device aid to help you to insert tampons to the correct depth for maximum comfort.

Which tampons can I use?

TINA works with tampons that have a plastic applicator. It clips on to the existing tampon applicator to assist with tampon insertion.

There are a wide range of tampons that you can use, including Tampax Pearl and Radiant, Playtex, Kotex and more. Just make sure that the tampons come with an applicator that isn’t made of cardboard. Included in your pack is a free adaptor that works with narrower tampon designs.

What’s in the box?

Your package comes with: A TINA device, a travel bag, a removable silicone hand strap, 2 silicone holder bands, and a tampon adapter.

It’s made from food-grade, washable materials, and soft-to-the-touch TPE for a gentle, extra-comfy feel.

How does TINA work?

  1. Snap in a compatible tampon
  2. Position TINA with the tampon in your vaginal canal, and the flexible petals against your body
  3. Pull the handle forward towards your body to insert the tampon.
  4. Remove the applicator from the device and wipe or wash clean.
  5. You can use the notch in TINA’s petals to find the string and remove the tampon.
