Hook Aid Extras

Description

Although the Hook aids come with durable silicone tubes and elastic retainers, due to the high forces applied during your workouts the tubes/elastics may sustain some damage. If you wish to replace them this pack of Hook aid extras contains:

• two elastic retainers for holding the hook in place
• four silicone tubes to add to the hooks to give a better grip on metal bars

How to attach the elastic retainers:

The visual instructions are easiest to follow if you are able, but please find descriptive steps below:

1. Place the elastic retainer underneath the point of the triangle, between the two hooks.
2. Pull the bottom of the elastic retainer up over point of the triangle. This should create some tension in the elastic.
3. Pull the top of the elastic retainer through the bottom part to form a knot around the triangle of the hook.
4. Pull tight. You can now put your finger through this elastic loop to keep the hooks from falling forwards.

How to apply the silicone tubes:

The visual instructions are easiest to follow if you are able, but please find descriptive steps below:

1. Apply hand soap to the silicone tubes
2. Slide onto one hook.
3. Repeat for other side.
