Description
If you struggle to get tablets out of their blister packets then this Portable Pill Popper can help you! Become independent in accessing your medication.
Blister packs are often used for medication, but for those with reduced hand function they are challenging to get into!
Get your tablets out of the packet in 3 easy steps:
- Put the blister pack into the device, with the side the pill comes out of pointing down towards the hole
- Press down firmly on the top of the pill popper. You can use your palm or wrist for this – no finger function needed!
- Flick open the base to get your tablet out. This doesn’t require much encouragement – you can just catch your finger against the little tab.
Suitable for tablets up to 20mm.
Small enough to pop into a handbag –Â the portable pill popper is perfect for on-the-go!
Pop your pill popper into a HandiPouch and stick it to your wheelchair to easily access your medication through the day.

It’s a bit of a hassle to get the blister with the pills under it, and sometimes I need all my body weight to pop ’em. Better than asking SB for help, but it is still tedious, especially when one needs more than one medication

We are sorry that you have had some difficulty with getting pills out. This is the best solution we have found so far but we are aware that some blister packs are harder to open than others.
