When you are racing, the components that contact with the push rim will wear over time. So we are offering replacement parts for you to purchase. This is a pre-cut wrist guard material replacement part.

This is a replacement part for the quad version of our wheelchair racing gloves. Please note that when you buy the gloves initially they will come with this fabric attached. You will only need this item if your material has worn out.

The quad wheelchair gloves are designed to fit your hand, they are bespoke designed for you. They have features, such as this material, straps to hold your fingers in place and an adjustable wrist section to give you the best grip when racing.

You can use the wrist guard to help you on slower sections of the course. It allows you to pull from the back of your rim and then switch to the harder, rubber surface as you move to the front of the rim. Get more from your pull on those hard sections of the route like steep hills.

The material is pre-cut to fit the gloves and comes as a pair of left and right patches.

How do I replace my Wrist Guard Material?

Simply pull off the old, worn material and dispose of it. Or you can leave the old one and stick the new one on top for extra padding. The new material can be glued in place using a flexible superglue or your choice of adhesive.
